Projection
Tonight while working on my new coaching program roll-out, I came across something I had written down in a workshop 3 years prior. I felt this was worthy of sharing with the group.
I wrote: "That which is in us that is most unconscious is always projected outward onto other people." That's a lot to process, huh? Let me say that again: The most unconsious part of you ... is projected onto others around you. If you realize it or not, this statement is a gold mine to releasing the "crap" that keeps you bound up. If you take the time to look at what you are projecting onto others you can use those situations as a mirror to work on yourself.
Some questions to ask: What am I projecting on my spouse/lover?
What am I projecting on my kids, my friends, my boss, my co-worker, the person in line next to me?
Finding the common thread in your answers is the key to overcoming that negative aspect of yourself!
Make it a brilliant day in the life of YOU,
Faith
