A Lesson in the Ways of the Universe

If you don't know this about me already.. I am a huge fan of the Universe and all of it's laws.  I will credit this post to a very special person and she knows who she is and I thank you now for allowing me to share this will the masses!

This "very special person" was telling me today how the Universe granted her a valuable lesson in money. She described that she received a money order in the mail and upon opening said money order.. she flippantly thought, "that's all?" As she told me this story I knew exactly what was coming next. She goes on to tell me that almost instantly the money order disappeared. She laid it down on her desk and in minutes couldn't find it. She then proceeded to ask me if I thought that was a lesson?! Umm. YEAH. a. huge. lesson.

As a part of my coaching I teach the importance of gratitude. By being grateful, you create the space for more things to come into your life. By being ungrateful .. well .. you create the disapperance of money orders; according to my friend! What you put out (thoughts) .. you get back. Simple as that. If you tell the Universe that you don't need the money i.e. "that's all?" or by doing like I did years ago and vaccuuming pennies as I cleaned my car; you tell the creative powers that you don't need money. Just like saying, "no thanks I have enough". How crazy does that sound?

So, my friends, let this be a lesson to you. Gratitude. It's a powerful thing. I have made it a habit to pick up change; pennies, nickels, it doesn't matter. And you know what? I always thank the "powers that be" for gifting me money as it was more than I had moments before finding it. Inevitiably I find more and the amounts continue to grow. I like to think of myself as a money collector. A collector of all lost pennies, dimes, dollars and hundred dollar bills. Yeah, I like the sound of that!

All my best,
Faith
